  • Enquiries: Messages, names, and phone numbers sent directly to coaching owners via the App's enquiry system.
  • Saved Data: Institutes you save/bookmark for later viewing.
  • Orders & Bookings: Course enrollment requests and order history initiated through the App.

Device & Usage Data

  • Device IDs, operating system type, IP address, and interaction analytics to improve our UI/UX and troubleshoot crashes.

  • Service Delivery: To create your account, verify your identity via OTP, and manage your profile.
  • Discovery & Navigation: To display relevant coaching academies based on your exact locality (city/pincode) and route you via Google Maps.
  • Communication & Lead Generation: To forward your explicit enquiries directly to the coaching centers you select, and to facilitate direct calls or WhatsApp redirects.
  • Community Trust: To display your submitted ratings and comments publicly to help other students make informed decisions.
  • Order Fulfillment: To process course bookings and enrollments.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Coaching Institutes: When you submit an "Enquiry" or "Book a Course", your name, phone number, and message are securely shared with the respective coaching institute so they can contact you.
  • Public Platform: Reviews, ratings, and your chosen display name are visible to all users of Coaching Buddy.
  • Service Providers: Third-party services that assist in OTP delivery, secure cloud hosting, and app analytics.

  • Account Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data through our Support section.
